Requesting an Estimate
Please email photographs of your item along with its dimensions. Estimates provided by email are free of charge. In-person assessments are available by appointment and are subject to a consultation fee.
Minimum Restoration Fee
The minimum restoration fee is $300 CAD + applicable taxes.
Shipping
Please do not ship your item without prior communication and a signed treatment agreement.
The client is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping, insurance, and return delivery. Please pack your item carefully. Any detached or small fragments should be placed individually in a sealed Ziploc bag to prevent loss.
We recommend double-boxing your item with at least 3 inches (7.5 cm) of cushioning material between the inner and outer boxes and purchasing adequate shipping insurance.
Please note that Canada Post does not provide liability coverage for damage to fragile items, including ceramics, glass, and porcelain.
Packaging and handling fees will apply to all return shipments.
